4.1 Course Enrollment
By enrolling in a course, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
4.2 Free Courses
Free courses are provided at no charge but remain subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue free courses at any time
- Limit enrollment or access
- Convert free courses to paid courses with advance notice to enrolled users
- Remove content or features
Current free course offerings include:

4.3 Paid Courses
Paid courses require payment before access is granted. Current paid course offerings include:

Course pricing is displayed in Euros (€) and may be subject to change. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are final for that transaction.
4.4 Course Content and Updates
Course content is current as of the recording date. We strive to keep courses updated but:
- Cryptocurrency and technology topics evolve rapidly
- We are not obligated to update course materials continuously
- Updates are provided at our discretion
- Update schedules are not guaranteed
You acknowledge that information may become outdated, and you should conduct your own research.
4.5 Course Access Duration
Unless otherwise specified:
- Paid Courses: Lifetime access as long as the course remains available on our Platform and your Account remains in good standing
- Free Courses: Access provided at our discretion and may be revoked at any time
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as we continue to offer the course. We reserve the right to discontinue any course, with reasonable notice where feasible.
4.6 Course Completion and Certificates
Completion of courses may result in the issuance of a certificate of completion. Such certificates:
- Confirm course completion only
- Do not constitute professional certification, accreditation, or licensing
- Are not recognized by educational institutions unless explicitly stated
- May be revoked for Terms violations
5. Content License and Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Intellectual Property
All Content on our Platform, including but not limited to course videos, blog articles, reports, books, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, code, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Giannis Andreou and protected by:
- Copyright laws (EU Copyright Directive, U.S. Copyright Act, South African Copyright Act, UAE Copyright Law)
- Trademark laws
- Trade secret laws
- Other intellectual property laws
"The Andreou Report", "Giannis Andreou", "Andreou Academy", "Bitmern Mining", and all related logos and branding are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without express written permission.
5.2 License Grant to You

If you submit, post, or transmit any content through our Services ("User Content"), including comments, questions, forum posts, or feedback, you:
- Retain ownership of your User Content
- Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with operating and improving our Services
- Represent and warrant that you own or have necessary rights to your User Content
- Represent that your User Content does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, without notice.
5.5 Trademark Usage
You may not use "The Andreou Report", "Giannis Andreou", "Andreou Academy", "Bitmern Mining", or any of our other trademarks in:
- Domain names
- Business names
- Social media handles
- Marketing materials
- Any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without written permission
5.6 Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe Content on our Platform infringes your copyright, please provide written notice to contact@giannisandreou.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
- A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with applicable law.
6. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
6.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We do not store your complete payment card details. Stripe maintains PCI-DSS compliance for secure payment processing.
6.2 Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Other payment methods supported by Stripe
6.3 Pricing and Currency
- All prices are displayed in Euros (€)
- Prices include applicable VAT/sales tax where legally required
- Foreign transaction fees may apply based on your card issuer
- Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider
6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes apply to future purchases only. Users who purchased at a previous price are not affected.
6.5 Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Paid Courses:
If you are not satisfied with a paid course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have:
- Completed less than 25% of the course content
- Not downloaded substantial course materials
- Not previously received a refund for the same course
How to Request a Refund:
Contact us at contact@giannisandreou.com with your order details and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
No Refunds After 14 Days:
After the 14-day period, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided, except where required by law.
Books and Physical Products:
Books and physical products follow the same 14-day return policy where permitted by law. Digital books are subject to the same restrictions as courses (no refund if substantially accessed).
Refunds Not Available For:
- Free courses (no payment made)
- Event tickets (separate cancellation policy applies)
- Courses substantially completed (>25% of content accessed)
- Digital content substantially accessed or downloaded
- Accounts terminated for Terms violations
- Services purchased more than 14 days ago
6.6 Failed Payments and Chargebacks
If a payment fails or is reversed (chargeback), we may:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your Account and access
- Pursue collection of outstanding amounts
- Report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities
- Ban you from future purchases
Important: If you dispute a charge, contact us first. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
7. Blockchain Summits and Events
7.1 Event Registration and Tickets
We organize and host Blockchain Summits and other educational events in various locations including Athens, Thessaloniki, and Cyprus. Event registration is subject to these Terms plus any event-specific terms provided during registration.
7.2 Event Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to:
- Change event dates, times, locations, or speakers
- Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances
- Modify event format (in-person to virtual, etc.)
- Limit attendance capacity
If we cancel an event: Full refund of ticket price will be provided. We are not responsible for travel expenses, accommodation, or other incidental costs.
If you cancel your attendance: Refund eligibility depends on timing:
- More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- 14-30 days before event: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days before event: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
7.3 Event Recordings and Replays
Events may be recorded. By attending, you consent to being recorded and grant us the right to use such recordings for promotional and educational purposes.
Event recordings and replays may be made available to ticket holders or the general public at our discretion.
8. Andreou Report Blog and Content
8.1 Blog Content Access
The Andreou Report blog provides cryptocurrency market analysis, insights, and educational content. Blog content is generally freely accessible but may be subject to access restrictions for certain premium content.
8.2 Content Accuracy and Updates
We strive to provide accurate, timely information. However:
- Market conditions change rapidly
- Information may become outdated
- We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy
- Content should not be relied upon as sole source of information
8.3 Third-Party Links and Sources
Our blog may contain links to third-party websites and cite external sources. We are not responsible for:
- Accuracy of external content

9. Prohibited Conduct and User Obligations

10.5 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Giannis Andreou, The Andreou Report, Bitmern Mining, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Financial losses from investment decisions
- Losses from cryptocurrency trading or holding
- Damages from unauthorized access to your Account
- Damages from service interruptions or errors
- Losses from third-party actions (exchanges, regulators, etc.)
- Damages from reliance on Content
Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:

- We may delete your Account data subject to retention obligations
16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at contact@giannisandreou.com to seek informal resolution. We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.
16.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with:
- Primary Jurisdiction: The laws of Greece (for users within the European Union)
- Alternative Jurisdictions: As applicable to your location and relationship with us
The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
16.3 Arbitration Agreement (for non-EU users)
For users OUTSIDE the European Union:
You and we agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except:

Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be brought individually. No class arbitrations or class actions are permitted.
16.4 EU Users - Jurisdiction and Venue
For users within the European Union:
Nothing in this Agreement limits your statutory consumer rights under EU law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
- Disputes may be brought in the courts of your country of residence
- You may also have disputes resolved through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
16.5 Jurisdiction-Specific Provisions
South African Users (POPIA):
- You may file complaints with the Information Regulator
- Disputes may be subject to South African Consumer Protection Act provisions
- Courts of competent jurisdiction in South Africa may hear disputes
UAE Users (PDPL):
- You may file complaints with the UAE Data Office
- Disputes subject to UAE law and Dubai courts
- DIFC Courts may have jurisdiction for disputes involving DIFC entities
United States Users (California CCPA/CPRA):
- California residents retain rights under CCPA/CPRA
- Arbitration conducted per Section 16.3
- California Privacy Protection Agency has enforcement authority
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions continue in full force.
17.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer without restriction.
17.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including:

- Internet or telecommunications failures

- Any other regulated financial entity

19.2 Tax Obligations

- Paying all applicable taxes

19.3 South African Cryptocurrency Warning
MANDATORY WARNING FOR SOUTH AFRICAN USERS:
Investing in crypto assets may result in the loss of capital. Crypto assets are not regulated by the South African Reserve Bank or the Financial Sector Conduct Authority.
19.4 EU Consumer Rights
EU consumers have specific rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) including:
- 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts (may not apply to fully performed digital content with consent)
